| We are delighted to share with you our new Strategy ‘With You in Mind’ for Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust. This strategy has been developed in partnership and collaboration with our service users, carers, staff, and key partners within the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care System. At the heart of our strategy are our commitments which have been developed based on what people have told us they want from us as a mental health and disability NHS provider. The strategy is something that binds us together, sets out what is important to us, the things that we want to achieve together and the path that we want to take. It reflect our hopes, aspirations and ambitions to support the people and communities that we serve and reflects our commitment to work together, have empathy and care for each other in everything we do.
