The long-term impact of widowhood during Covid-19: Developing recommendations for future practice

Researchers at Northumbria University are conducting a study to explore the long-term impact of widowhood during Covid-19.

This study aims to explore widowhood experiences during and following Covid-19, including the challenges and facilitators to adaptation. The findings will provide evidence to enable recommendations to influence policy, inform practice, and support services.

We are looking to recruit individuals (50 years+) who have experienced the death of a partner or a spouse during 2020 – 2022 – irrespective of the cause of death) to take part in a brief online survey.
