This is the first of 6 sessions AUKS that have booked with “Miss Menopause” over the next 6 months and we will holding them across the whole of Sunderland (Washington and Houghton).
I will confirm further dates ASAP.
We also aim to provide additional sessions to supplement the Miss Menopause sessions around some key areas that were highlighted through consultation as being problematic for many including:
- Exercise
- Diet and nutrition
- HRT options
- Sleep/alternative therapies
