The Patients Association is working with NHS England and the Royal College of Physicians on the development of a new outpatient strategy. They have launched a survey to hear from patients and carers about their recent experiences of NHS outpatient services.

We’ve launched a survey to gather the experiences of recent users of outpatients – Tell us about your experiences of outpatients in our survey (patients-association.org.uk). The survey closes on 29th September.
