Mental Health Awareness Week 2021

It’s important to talk to someone about the worries and anxiety, as well as all the other feelings so that you don’t feel alone in all of this.

Mental Health can be showcased in many different formats such as:

  • Anxiety, fear and panic

  • Low mood, sadness and depression

  • Feeling lonely

  • Grief after bereavement or loss

  • Anger

  • Loneliness in older people

  • Hallucinations and hearing voices

A problem shared is a problem halved, if you are experiencing any of those feelings, speak to a friend and if that doesn’t help there are others you can call such as:
