In this briefing, we provide information for areas to deliver a comprehensive one-stop shop service for making improvements to the home for individuals of all tenures.
We are endeavouring to identify the need for local Good Home Hubs and support to improve the home. In order to understand what a Good Home Hub would look like in practice, we have been working with partners, (including Lincolnshire County and District Councils / residents), to scope out the key elements of a Hub and how they should be delivered.
This briefing provides a description of the model, with a supporting document that contains practical tools to support implementation with the aspiration that it inspires action at the national and local levels.
