NEFA are looking to recruit a new Treasurer
Are you interested in volunteering your time to make a difference to the lives of elderly people in the North East?
As treasurer, you will provide oversight of the financial strategy, performance, and management of NEFA by monitoring the financial health of the charity and ensuring the wider Board are provided with the financial information they need.
Person Specification
A proven track record of sound judgement and effective decision making ideally within a finance function. (Experience on a Board is preferable but not essential).
Commitment to the organisation and a willingness to devote the necessary time and effort needed to the role
Understanding of the values of NEFA
Commitment:
As required, with more time allowed at busy times of the year (eg. end of quarter, budgeting, audit etc.)
