It’s a communication difficulty experienced by many stroke survivors.
Working in partnership with a film company the Stroke Association (Stroke Association | Home) have produced a documentary which will be screened on channel4.com and the channel 4 streaming channel from 26 May. It features Julie who is a stroke survivor from Sunderland and her journey towards raising awareness of aphasia and giving a presentation to a local school.

Would it be possible for you to share please? I am hoping that as many people as possible can watch and understand some of the difficulties faced by stroke survivors with aphasia.
