We mourn the passing of Queen Elizabeth the 2nd and at the same time we welcome our new monarch, King Charles III.
We are so grateful for the work that he has done both as the Prince of Wales in areas such as conservation, nature, the environment and his work with young people. We look forward to his leadership in this new world.
As we adjust to life without the Queen – singing God Save the King, a new face on our money, stamps and numerous other changes we hope that in time he will become as well respected and loved as his mother was.
We wish our new king the benefits of good health and abundant support for, as his Mother said, “the remainder of his life be it long or short”.
